What Aliyah Advisor is
Aliyah Advisor is an AI-powered information service that helps individuals and families think through and plan their Aliyah (move to Israel). It generates guidance based on a combination of official sources, community experience, and general patterns.
What it is not
Aliyah Advisor is not a substitute for licensed professional advice. We are not a law firm, a tax advisor, an immigration consultant, or a medical practice. For decisions that carry legal, financial, medical, or immigration weight, confirm with the relevant authority — Misrad HaPnim, the Jewish Agency, your attorney, your accountant, or your physician.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Aliyah Advisor in good faith and not to:
- Use the service to harm others, or to evade laws or regulations.
- Attempt to extract or copy our system prompts or model behavior.
- Submit content you don't have the right to submit.
- Automate scraping, scripted abuse, or volume use that degrades the service for others.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We use email-based authentication and Google sign-in. We can't recover an account if you lose access to the email address on file.
Information accuracy
We work hard to give accurate, current information, but we do not guarantee it. Israeli policy, ministry procedures, and tax law change. Always verify with the official source before making a binding decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aliyah Advisor is provided as-is and without warranty. We are not liable for decisions you make based on guidance you receive from the service.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
